INTERIOR SCOPE

  • My preparation will include wiping all trim and doors with TSP a light scuff, fill and caulk as needed
  • Walls ( eggshell ), Trim and Doors ( semi – gloss ).
  • Paint and all materials will be included.

 

INTERIOR PAINTING PROVISIONS

 

  • Areas to be painted will be throughly cleaned by the cleaners before I get started.
  • Suites %100 empty.
  • Please have the toilets and bathrooms sterilized.
  • Any work out side of the scope above can be completed as a Change Order Time and Materials @ $70/hr.

NOT INCLUDED

 

  • Ceilings

  • Does not include the hot water room walls
  • Does not include the laundry room walls
  • Complete the entire suite.
  • All trim and doors

  • Baseboard damage on approx 25 linear feet may not look brand new. (additional $50 has been included)
